Storman Cloud has seen a lot of new improvements, features and reports added in 2019. Our team have been focused on making sure we’re building the best looking and easiest to use self storage management software.
Take a look at some of these new features below:
Redesign of Quick Sales and Receipts
We’ve redesigned quick sales in Storman Cloud. The new layout mimics a more POS friendly system, allowing faster access to items when selling boxes, bubble wrap, locks and more over the counter.
Quick sales can be used for over the counter sales, upsell items like delivery or pick up sales, truck and trailer hire and much more.
Payment receipts printed or emailed to your customers have had a make-over too, they now show where the customer is billed up to, paid up to, and their remaining balance
Rent roll report improvements
Our famous rent roll report has had some massive improvements made to it as well, this report will now show you:
- if units are being rented with general discounts, and how much the discount is
- if the agreement is on a billing plan that has a discount applied, and how much the discount is
- the total dollar variance of the “rented at” rate from the “rack” rate,
- the total percentage variance between the “rented at” rate and the “rack” rate.
Storman Cloud has integrated data extracts, that can be used by business intelligence tools such as ClicData*. Extract your data from Storman and build your own dashboards to view and compare the performance of your sites or regions.
*ClicData is a third party BI software that Storman Cloud can integrate with.
Are you using Storman with Ezidebit?
Storman Cloud’s Ezidebit reconciliation report makes it easier than ever to reconcile the settlement you receive from Ezidebit with each of your storer’s payments, showing you what’s in Storman vs what’s in Ezidebit. This report shows you quickly how Ezidebit reconciles with your Storman transactions.
Are you still doing daily processing every morning? Storman Cloud’s processing is done automatically for you. Let us do all the hard work; invoicing, late letters, autopay and rent increases etc.
Just login each morning and select the emails and SMS you would like to be sent, that’s it!
Quickly switch between users without having to logout and log back in! This ensures the correct sale is logged against the correct user, and reporting data on staff performance is kept up without too much logging in and out. Easy! See the video below on how fast it is to switch.
Check and set each of your staff member’s PIN numbers in Settings > Users and Roles.
