Getting Started - with Storman Onboarding

As part of our onboarding service, we will work with you to configure the software so that its working as you want it to work! We will also import the relevant legal documents & self storage agreements (for current Self Storage Association membersΒ only).
Once it’s ready, we will then show you & your staff how to get started with your new self storage management software. This includesΒ trainingΒ articles and videos from ourΒ knowledge base, followed by a live online Q&A session with one of our dedicated onboarding specialists.
You will work with our Sales team to find the best mix of our products and features to set your business up for success! Once you have signed your quote, we are ready to get you onboarded!
We will send you an onboarding form to fill out, which gives our team the information we need to start creating your Storman instance. Don't worry - our team are here to help you with any questions you have along the way!
Over the following 5 days while our team build your Storman Cloud instance, you are provided with a video training course to help you get familiar with and make the most of your new management software. Learning topics include logging in, resetting your password, working with the Dashboards and explaining Overnight Processing & other day-to-day functions.
You now have access to two weeks of onboarding support via a dedicated specialist while you implement your new Storman platform into your business and prepare to GO LIVE! At this time you will be passed on to our support team to assist you with any ongoing queries.
