As part of our onboarding service, we will work with you to configure the software so that its working as you want it to work! We will also import the relevant legal documents & self storage agreements (for current Self Storage Association members of the SSAA only).
Once it’s ready, we will then show you & your staff how to get started with your new self storage management software. This includes training articles and videos from our knowledge base, followed by a live online Q&A session with one of our friendly staff.
Convert from other software
We often get questions from storage facility owners, asking us whether or not we can convert from their current self storage software package to ours.
YES, WE CAN!
Currently we are able to convert a number of software packages, including: Space Manager, Syrasoft, SiteLink, Winsen and many other packages.
