You can access our Online Chat and Knowledge Base straight from Storman Cloud. Chat is the fastest way to get help and we recommend this is where you start!
You’ll notice a grey ‘help’ icon on the bottom left of your screen when using Storman Cloud. This is connected to our Knowledge Base, and will give you suggestions on articles you can read, based on the pages and screens you are on throughout Storman Cloud. You can also opt to chat to us from this menu if you require more help and want a quick answer!
