Whether you use it to send access codes to new storers, remind customers their rent is due, or even to collect updated credit card information, it can be a useful element of your communication strategy.
We’re excited to announce that we’re beginning to roll out two-way SMS for Storman Cloud users!

Customer replies will soon come straight back into a new chat sidebar inside Storman Cloud, under the new SMS tab inside leads, reservations and agreements. You’ll be able to quickly and easily see customer responses to your messages, and take any action you need! You’ll also receive real-time notifications when a customer replies, no matter where you are in Storman Cloud. You can click on this pop-up notification to open the conversation!

Important points to note about this new feature:
- If you normally receive SMS replies into your facility email address inbox, you won’t receive these anymore – replies go directly into Storman Cloud now.
- This new feature is only available for SMS messages sent from Storman Cloud.
- If you are still using Storman One in parallel with Storman Cloud, we can enable this new feature for you,
however, you will no longer be able to send SMS from Storman One. - This new feature is slowly being rolled out to all of our users, if you do not have this enabled yet – you will soon, we promise!
