Long gone (thankfully) are the days of physically printing off a list of your units and walking around your entire facility, making notes on your clipboard.
We’ve given our Unit Check feature in Storman Cloud a huge upgrade! It’s now more mobile responsive, and much easier to use on your handheld devices while you walk through your units – whether that’s an iPad or your phone. We’ve introduced the ability to quickly view key information about the units and who’s renting it, and easily change unit statuses as you’re inspecting them – saving you time if for example a unit is marked as vacant but it needs repair. You can now send an SMS directly to the customer, and create your own tasks with due dates – or use our templated ones (including reminders to clean, repair, overlock or check status) for a shortcut! As you complete the unit check run, a progress bar will now follow you down the page so you can always see where you’re up to.
