Whether you’ve upgraded from Storman One recently, are after a refresher course, or are looking to get new starters at your facility up to speed – our LMS platform offers a convenient and effective way to take your Storman Cloud skills to the next level.
What’s in the LMS?
Our brand new platform contains a raft of carefully curated video courses and quizzes, designed to take users through all the core features and functions of Storman Cloud and how to make the most of the software. If you’ve recently upgraded to Storman Cloud and haven’t seen them yet, we recommend checking them out – the videos are a great way to see how particular tasks and actions are done, and you can rewind and rewatch as much as you need!
What can I learn?
All sorts of things! Our introductory ‘Getting Started with Storman’ course includes a rundown of all the key features you’ll need to know about to make the most from Storman Cloud – how to login and navigate, lead management, moving customers in and out, and day to day tasks like adding charges and credits, handling counter sales, and end of day reconciliation. We’ll be releasing more courses, including ones for Advanced users, in the coming weeks!
How do I enrol?
Our LMS is free to access for our customers. To enroll, simply complete the form below, and our Onboarding team will set you up with an account.
If your self storage facility is new to the Storman software, or will be upgrading to Storman Cloud, our Onboarding Team will enroll you automatically as part of our process to ensure you’re all set with the skills and knowledge you need to ‘go live’.
