15 – 17 November 2019, the Storman team held our team workshop and annual meeting. The teams from Australia, New Zealand and the UK were together in our Auckland office for an opportunity to have collective brainstorming sessions to discuss our plans, past and future, across all our markets.
The Storman teams had 2 full days of retrospective analysis and also planning for 2020. We looked at what went well, what didn’t go so well and our learnings along the way.
The enthusiasm of the team in bringing new ideas to the front was inspiring. We had such a good workshop on our values, our brand message and also our product offerings.
The outcomes of such an important event will be reflected in the coming year as we power through our most innovative product to date, Storman Cloud. The clients will be the beneficiaries of this effort, and we will share the new features and advancements with them in 2020 as they roll out.
Storman outlined the aim for 2020 and realigned our focus to our core message of being an “easy to use software” for our customers, and our strategy of software + payments = great experiences will be reflected in our development programmes.
This was a valuable exercise and set us on our path to further do what we do best, and that is delivering the best self storage software for our customers!
